Malvern Community Hospital, constructed in 1909. The old hospital was located in the Malvern Conservation Area. This placed constraints on the design but with the support of the Design Review Panel a solution was approved for a building that complimented the existing houses.

Construction of the new care home was completed in 2022 and is owned by the Maria Mallaband Care Group, a national operator offering residential services to the elderly
